I have a confession to make ahead of tonight's #Monsterdon, The Terror of Mecha-Godzilla

I don't think I've ever actually watched a #Godzilla movie all the way through.

I've certainly watched bits and pieces of the older ones (not the recent ones, at all), and I've absorbed plenty of the ambient Godzilla lore that's endemic to the culture. But I can't think of a time when I've just sat down and watched one.

So, in about half an hour, I'm in for a real treat.
