Fun random fact: I went to graduate school and did research in the same group as the guy in whose childhood home scenes in “The Stuff” were filmed. The production crew kept their real family photos in the background, so if you watch closely the photos of people in the house do not match the family of the main characters. One of the portraits is of my grad school colleague as a kid.
